* A “user” is anyone who has been set-up with an account. This includes both employee and manager accounts.
How Are Payments Made?
No credit card is required to sign-up. However, in order to activate your account after the initial 30-day trial period, you must enter a valid credit card.
Once your account is activated, we will automatically bill you on the 1st of the month. Payments are made a month in advance. Your initial payment after the 30-day trial will cover access for the next 30 days. You can cancel your account at any time. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees.
